How do we copy a file from a unix server from windows 7?

How shall I cp? Let me count the ways: 1. If you're running Windows 7 Ultimate or Enterprise you can use the built-in NFS client. If you're using Pro or Home there are 3rd party NFS clients available for a price. 2. Use FTP. Most UNIXes install an FTP server by default. 3. Install SAMBA on the UNIX server. 4. If you have a Windows XP or 2003 Server machine you can install Microsoft Services for UNIX and set it up as a gateway to your UNIX server.

Thanks BOB, We could do it by using Built in NFS Client and it is working fine. Alternatively we have also used PUTTY(PSCP) and it works fine.

I have vbScript source code, developed for Win2003, that uses WScript.Shell to execute c:\Windows\System32\Rcp.exe Is there an easy way to run that code on Vista / Windows 7 ? Can I just copy rcp.exe from my Win2003 machine to my 32-bit Vista machine and expect it to work?
